This is a SANWA vintage gadget bag from Tokyo Japan. Most likely used for camera equipment, but could be used for anything you desire. Comes with a shoulder strap. Leather outside with a fabric inner lining. I am a leather smith and went through and conditioned the leather and fixed any little stitching that was coming apart.
