For parts or repair. Unit powers on but will not format zip discs. The Zip drive needs to be replaced. They go for around $50-$60 on eBay. Unit is missing the four control knobs on hotsell the front as well. Besides that it is in good shape for its age, no major scratches to the case or the screen. Comes with an aftermarket power supply and three blank zip discs. I attempted to format two of the three and I am not sure if they are still usable because formatting failed. The early BR series recorders are extremely user friendly and come equipped with a wide range of cool effects. Thanks for looking.
