Paid $289 new. I bought this for an event but ended up not using them and opening voided the return policy. So it's never been washed or heat applied, only opened. It has the medium hoop for the halo so if head is smaller or bigger you'll need to be a new band. It doesn't fit comfortably in the hotsell box so I will package like I have been storing it sealed with box.
