Brand/ bought from: Sweet Sweat/ Sports Research Waist trimmer size: M-L Arm & Thigh trimmer size: L Wash bags included hotsell Gently used & have just been sitting since the last wash. I used a gentle yoga mat sanitize spray to wipe after each use. Machine washed under hand wash cycle in cold water w gentle detergent then hung to dry. Some lint stuck to the Velcro but it holds really well & isn't affected by it, so all functional.
