HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

1. A 'request for return' must be submitted within the 3-DAY RETURN window. Items returned without a 'request for return' will not be honored. Some items we sell are not subject to return, please check each item listing to ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are eligible.

2. The item(s) subject to return must be in the same condition it was received. Repackage the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.

3. Returns must be shipped by the same method as originally shipped to you AND at your own expense. Insurance for the full purchase value must also be added to your return shipment.

4. All return shipments must have a tracking number(s). Once you have shipped the item(s), use your Etsy Conversation Tool to send us the tracking number of the return shipment. Once we have received your return shipment and have had the opportunity to verify the items included are eligible for return, we will process your refund with Etsy. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to complete this process.
