Antique hotsell Lace Fringe Victorian French detail

hotsell This is a fabulous and unique handsewn embellishment. A lovely fringe lace piece. I am unsure if it came off of a garment or was made as a fringe to be added to the top or skirt. Cutwork hand done lace. This is old so will have some threads longer then the others and also some spots. Please see photos. What a fabulous piece to upcycle into another project!!
