Vintage art deco General Electric razor blade sharpener. All original parts. Some signs of age, all can be seen in hotsell photos. Guessing it's from 1940s, but no date stamp anywhere on it. I wasn't able to get it to work, so listed as for parts and I would consider it decorative. Smoke free home.
