Possibly made recently as the inside construction seems newer but it's def made from either an old pattern or to look older. Made from what feels like a polycotton twill fabric (no stretch) in blue gingham. Square cut neckline with shoulder ties and complete full circle skirt. The skirt has a sweet oversized pocket with pink hearts. Closes with a nylon back zipper. Excellent condition with no flaws hotsell to note. Seems best for a L but please check below for best fit.
