I purchased this hotspot a year ago for work but now I don't have a need for it. It's gently used although the paint on the bottom cover is chipping off. The device accepts AT&T sims but can be unlocked for most carriers (I can provide unlock instructions with the router, I called AT&T and they hotsell gave me the unlock code). Otherwise, the device works great! Includes charging cable.
