Watercolor Artist Signed Penny Silverthorne Edition Matted and Framed Prints Cottage Garden and Lilacs in Pickled Wood & Gold Accent hotsell Frames

This is a vintage pre-owned piece. This is an artist signed pair of double matted and framed prints by watercolor artist Penny Silverthorne. The pieces feature beautiful pastel florals. One print is titled Cottage Garden and the other with lilacs probably has the title hidden under the mat. The frames are pickled finished wood with gold accents. The outside frame dimensions are about 11 by 13 inches. The hotsell pieces are in good vintage condition with no visible chips to the glass. Both pieces have the artist biography attached to the reverse side as shown in the pics.
