Item was very lightly used by me for less than 8 months and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it and sad to see it go. However, through the brief usage of this product, I realized that I require a humidifier to satisfy my E.N.T. and its related symptoms. I had absolutely no issues with this product, it's intended operations, or it's benefits and features. I pulled every benefit/feature mentioned in the listing profile directly from the manufacturer's website and they stand entirely true! I purchased new filter sets for it as well. I know that 1 of the new sets is already installed in the purifier and should have at least 90% remaining of all individual filters. If I have/can find the remaining replacement filter set I bought, I'll include it in this listing at no additional charge. I'll also add pictures of it to the listing profile.
