To determine your wrist size:
Optimally, use a soft tape measure and run it around your wrist, just in front of the wrist bone where your wrist bends. If you don't have a soft tape measure, you can also use a strip of paper cut to around 1" wide, then mark it for measurement with a straight ruler or tape measure. This is your wrist size and should be used to compare the sizes listed above.
The best way to get a good fit is to measure a cuff bracelet you already have and compare the inside end-to-end measurement and the gap measurement with those of the bracelet you are considering purchasing. How well it will fit will depend on whether you like to wear your cuff bracelet tight or loose, alone or with other bracelets, in front of or behind the prominent bone on your hotsell wrist. Therefore, you may want to add 1/2 inch to 1 inch to the measurement depending upon these variables.
