AGreat craftsmanship with copper and brass from the 50s in Germany, a complete tea set with a teapot (see the beautifully crafted wooden handle in teak look), a filigree worked teapot warmer, plus six glass tea bowls made of Jenaer glass (fireproof borosillicate glass) in metal holders on a beautifully curved tray. <<< all worked in beautiful bicolor look of copper and brass.
Diameter of the teapot [with handhold]: 22.4 cm ~ 8 3/4 inches, height = 11.5 cm ~ 4 1/2 inches, content: 0.75 liter ; diameter of the cups [with handhold]: 10.2 cm ~ 4 inches, height = 6 cm ~ 2 1/3 inches; diameter of the warmer (with handles): 17.6 cm ~ 7 inches, height: ; 8 cm ~ 3 1/7 inches ; tray mass: 21.5 x 31.4 cm ~ 8 1/2 x 12 1/3 inches ; weight of all: 1,55 kg.
All parts of the tea set are pre-owned with some minor visible traces of usage but in a vintage good condition. There are no dents, scatches or missing parts, the brass and copper still shows a sublime luster with light patina in accordance with its age (please see pictures). All six glass inserts are without cracks and chips.
