One hinge is gone and the other slides out but still intact. Joystick is really sticky and slow, volume works great. All buttons work, the touchpad screen works great, the upper screen used to work hotsell until it didn't, just a black screen but audio and 3d still work. It powers on and off, it reads games great. Only selling the 3ds ONLY because I want a new one down the road. Easy fix but it's too difficult for me to do.
