Measures: 5 1/4" long. Gold clip, single cap band and lever filler.
LT Dot on top of cap.
The pen will need to be restored.
Pen has a few defects: Discoloration, top of cap around the rim has a piece missing, the bottom of the cap is uneven, can be leveled if you wish.
