This flowy dress is made of sparkling neon green holographic spandex with beautiful gold shimmer!

The halter top is darted and ties behind the neck , the hemline is so full and fluttery.

A pair of super cute frostbite shattered glass wireless fairy wings complete the ensemble!

These flexible wings are made of foam and spandex, and are worn over the shoulders just like a backpack.
(Wings are 19" tall and 32" wide from wing tip to wing tip.)
