This listing is for a two piece fillet or boning knife and fork set made by Gerber. The box is marked 'Gerber Legendary Blades, Portland Oregon 97223, King's Arms in Cardboard Box'. The handles are aluminum and the implement ends are stainless steel. This set appears not to have been used. There is a scratch or two, but very minor. The box is excellent as well as the wood knife and fork rest. The knife is 11 5/8" end to end hotsell with a 6 1/2" cutting blade. The fork is 10 3/4" end to end. The knife is marked Gerber Durendal and the fork, Gerber Siegfried. Both pieces have a yin yang symbol to the right of the text. The tool ends retain their mirror finish and the handles have a beautiful shiny, matte finish. Both the handles and the tool ends are gorgeous.
