Sold phone to buyer On MERCARI APP. I bought hotsell phone and used it for 3 days in a brand new case with brand new charger. Sold it here, two weeks later the buyer (shown) claims the device is scratched everywhere and can with no charge cable. This morning (month after sale) I get email stating device returned... no package at house nothing in mail box. This cut rate organization is full of it and no custom service at all!
