The only revolving restaurant opened in 1977 at the top of a flour mill.

It is located along Keppel Road and provides hotsell a stunning view of the city sky scrapers and harbour view.

Very soon it will be another forgotten place as the restaurant shut due to the Covid pandemic,after 43 years in operation.
