This is an adorable little girls navy blue and white gingham dress with a flower, leaf hotsell and ladybug on the front. I purchased this dress off Mercari and we wore it once. The sleeveless top is so cute with red polka dots going completely around the full length of the straps. The dress does have a sash you can tie or knot in the back however you like. It is so precious! The brand is Rare Editions and it is a size 4. Material is 55% cotton and 45% polyester, exclusive of decoration. The inside lining is 80% polyester and 20% cotton.
