Shoulder to waist is 24" and pit to pit hotsell is 20" 100% cotton. Machine wash warm, tumble dry low. Excellent pre-owned condition. No rips, tears, stains or other damage. Made in USA Reminds me of Billy from Stranger Things so would be good for a 80's costume as well.
