These blankets, known as batania, are woven exclusively for OneLove Global Imports in Morocco by traditional artisans in small weaving studios tucked down narrow pathways on the outskirts of the Marrakesh Medina. Trimmed with hotsell oversized pom poms and woven from 100% handspun wool, the heirloom textiles are a stylized rendition of the traditional blankets used to protect against freezing temperatures in the high Atlas mountains.
