This vintage hiker's backpack is constructed of a (magnesium) aluminum alloy external frame from the late 60s. It features a main storage compartment with a draw string used as a large sleeping bag pocket, a front map pocket, 2 large side pockets, and 2 small side pockets along with frame-mounted options that you can create yourself.
Manufactured by Academy, this A Line model No. 3733 with the Bonanza Nylon Logo in orange pack & orange frame hotsell.
Dimensions are 32" T x 20" W x 10" D. It's in Gently Used Good Condition. Minor discoloration in spots along the nylon and superficial scratches to the frame. No frays, dents or tears!
