Comes with hotsell box, cartridge, manual, Nintendo sleeve, foam block and bag. I'd put the overall condition of the box as acceptable approaching good. There is nothing seriously wrong with it, just a general wear throughout. It's probably better than I am giving it credit for but use the photos to judge for yourself.
