No holes or stains. Includes: Homemade blue mermaid print skirt with elastic waistband White King Triton wig that I glued a King Triton crown headband into. Crown is gold with faux pearls. The wig is a little ratty from being in storage but should easily comb right out with some wig conditioner or dry spray and a wide tooth comb.
