It is used and has some minor scratches but is still in great working condition. -It has upgraded alloyed steering linkage and steering motor. -Also, comes with 2 Traxxas Lipo 7600 Power Cells that still hold a long charge. Probably about 20-30 minutes per charge if you are petal to the metal. The dual Traxxas Lipo quick charger charges them very quickly as well so you really are never waiting. -I am not sure how fast it goes, probably about 30-35mph, fast enough to get major air hotsell though. -Also, has great range as well, probably about a quarter of a mile atleast.
