Pentney hotsell brooch Anglo Saxon Viking Age 9th century Pentney hoard.

My version of Anglo Saxon 9th century brooch from Pentney Hoard.
Original brooch dates from the late 8thc and was made of a gilded bronze back plate with a silver plate rivetted to the front.
On my version its brass riveted unto bronze base. Everything is riveted together with brass rivets, no soldering this time.
All details is hand cut from brass and bronze plates, it is approx. 59 mm in diameter.
Will work well with woolen tunic or cloak, or just as display piece to introduce to art of hotsell that age.
