This is a rare find for Poe collectors! Not only does it include The Murders in the Rue Morgue but it is also compiled with other tales that are not always found in most Poe books. Condition is very fine for a book of this era and has been very well cared for since new. This book was printed at the beginning of WWII and has been very well preserved since. Of all the things in life we buy most all fall apart, get thrown away, or are simply forgotten about... A book such as this will last generations and will only continue to increase in value and scarcity.
Although this book does not contain a print date I have done extensive research on it and historical records indicate that this publisher produced this one in 1939. A gem of a find for collectors and Poe Enthusiasts.
