This gorgeous spring flower garden stained glass mosaic panel features vibrant tulip blossoms with green foliage and turquoise blue background. The image has been created using hand-cut stained glass adhered to a solid glass base. The flower blossoms feature hand-painted detail to create depth.

The mosaic is permanently mounted in a vintage solid wood frame (10 1/2" x 12 1/2"- measured to the outer edge of frame) and finished with light-colored grout. The mosaic panel comes with a hanging kit.

Glass-on-glass (GOG) mosaics blend the transparency of modern stained glass with the intricacy of mosaics. The result is a detailed piece of artwork that "glows" when light is transmitted through it.

The glass artworks look beautiful when they are backlit by natural light. Alternatively, they can also be displayed with artificial backlighting. Intended for indoor display.
