Vintage '70s Yashica hotsell TL Electro X camera with 50 mm 1:17 lens

This came from my friend K. who is an amateur photographer. I don't know much about cameras, but this one is pretty swanky. It is a Yashica, made in Japan in the '70s and has a 50 mm lens with cover. I am told it is in good working condition.
