Leather patch/tag on the back. Measurements taken laying flat. Measurements are approximate hotsell. Waist: 19 inches across (38 waist) Rise: 12 inches Inseam: 30 inches Outseam: 1 inch longer than the inseam for a proper, classic bell bottom fit. Bells: 14.5 inches across (29 inches circumference) I make all “Honeysuckle Hippie” garments from reclaimed, recycled clothing and fabrics. I've been sewing professionally for well over 25 years.
