VTG 80’s Stanley hotsell Platos Martin Ross 2 4 Evening Cocktail Dress

This black sequined vintage dress is by Stanley Platos Martin Ross for size 4. It looks like it may run small, please check the measurements.
The dress is in excellent condition, smells great. It's fully lined and low cut. Has generous shoulder pads, a high waist, scalloped trim, and cute buttons on the ends of the cuff. I am not sure of the word to describe the buttons, so I took a picture of them for you.
