Antique 1880 Staffordshire Aesthetic Movement Blue Transferware 7” Plates hotsell Set Of 4

These are from 1880, from hotsell England, Staffordshire pottery. But other than the registry seal they have no makers mark. I've some ideas, but I don't know for sure who made these.

The mark says they were made on the 16th day of March, 1880, out of clay.

There's no damage at all. They are as beautiful and brilliant as they appear.
