The system turns on and plays games. The only issue is that the touch screen doesn't respond most of the time. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that or not considering it works when you first turn it on where it says “ Touch Screen To Continue”. Selling as poor hotsell / for parts for that reason. Console can still be played without the touchscreen. Also has some writing on top of console. Most of it came off. It's hard to see. No games included. No charger included. See photos. Sold As-is.
