"The Complete Works of William Shakespeare" is a First Edition Thus Cambridge Edition published in 1936 by Garden City Publishing Co. Inc. in New York. It is profusely illustrated by Rockwell Kent with a preface by Christopher Morley edited with temple notes by William Aldis Wright. Other features include decorative boards and endpapers on both covers as well as a an enlarged lettering title page with frontispiece!

Condition: (Near Fine)-The covers have some minor bumps and edge abrasions with small amounts of staining and/or soiling. The boards and endpapers have some creasing and staining but the covers, boards, binding, and spine are fully and firmly intact with overall outstanding presentation. Interior pages are crisp off-white with some light tanning and fading with no tears and none loose or missing!
