The cover to the battery compartment is missing. there is also a hole in the plastic on the back of the player. I think a couple of small pieces of plastic fell inside because when you shake it you can hear something rattling. In addition there is some scuffs and scratches. measures approximately 15 x 2.75 x 6.25".
