the skirt part is 12 in. long fully wrapped blue satin all around and a 5 inch flag bow.
The tutu Top front is fully covered sewn on 9 inch red crochet top with patriotic theme fabric and embellished with rhinestones.
It has Red, White, & Blue ribbons straps that ties it the back.
Perfect for your little one to wear on Memorial Day, July Fourth or just because they are so cute!
the bow is 3.5in. x 3in. on a3 in. barrette Clip.
