Fisher's Big Wheel was a discount department store chain based in the Pittsburgh suburb of New Castle, Pennsylvania, United States. The company operated stores under the Fisher's Big Wheel and Buy Smart names. At its peak, the chain comprised more than 100 stores in the Northeastern and Midwestern United States. The chain declared bankruptcy in 1993, selling some stores to Pamida and closing others. The chain closed in 1994.

"Yankee Doodle Bugs" Cartoon circa 1954 - The last segment opens with Bugs explaining "The enemy fleet was all bottled up", showing two ships in a bottle in a harbor, then shows Bugs steering a motor boat across the Delaware River with George Washington. - Unsure if this is a scene based off this episode or if was in celebration of the 1776 Bicentennial, 1976.

I am unable to find any reference or piece of information on this item. Possibly a limited hotsell edition/specialty piece made for Fisher's.
