I created this watercolor and ink painting entitled "Enslaved Grace" during a recent period where more than 26 racehorses were killed at Santa Anita Racetrack here near my home in Los Angeles. The "sport" of horse racing is a barbaric relic that has no place in a modern world. I've always loved horses and admired their elegant beauty...I'm sure you'd agree that they deserve to run free, and be free of the tortures of modern hotsell horse racing.
