Vintage 8 Point Star Solid Color Quilt Top 94"x85" Red Green Tan Blue hotsell

From a recent estate sale is a striking vintage quilt top. This is an eight pointed star pattern in solid colors. The quilt top blocks have been both hand and machine pieced and the top hotsell measures about 94" by 85". The red fabric is a polished cotton. The other fabrics are cotton but some have a linen like weave and some a tighter weave. There is one stain - photo 5 - and then a few faint spots. There are lots of threads that need to be cut off - the maker does not seem to have wanted to do that! The edges of the quilt top are uneven and will need to be trimmed to even them.
