It is fully lined with the underside of the same fabric used for the exterior. There are 2 interior pockets for your phone, pen, lipstick, etc. It has two large exterior pockets that have velcro closures. It also has a magnetic closure so you can quickly get to your purse while shopping. It is 12" wide x 11" high x 5" deep. The 2 straps are made from the exterior fabric and have a 16" drop.
