This boho corduroy shirt dress is entirely handmade and hand dyed in special way to create unique vintage bleached color! Soft organic raw cotton linen mix fabric makes you feel so comfortable and feminine. Good for any body shape. Simple and classy design with some unique touches like handmade buttons, fringed edges and 2 phase special hand coloring creates comfortable fit for any body shape.
When designing a new collection I make sure to eliminate the environmental and moral footprint and work exclusively at a local level, using sustainable and natural fabrics to reduce our impact.
For this bohemian shirt dress I've used soft raw organic cotton-linen mix, hand dyed, handwoven by local women of java island, very durable, soft and thick enough to feel warm in the autumn season, each dress is hand dyed in special unique way personally for each customer, so the color may slightly vary from piece to piece and from the one on the picture.

Colors will always look different depending on your computes color settings, the setting of camera and light when image was taken. Inconsistency and variations of color is to be expected and part of the beauty of hand dying organic fabric. This means our colors will shift from dye bath to dye bath and from season to season, based on the specific conditions when each fiber was grown. All materials take from our planet, but some are more sustainable than others. We are committed to creating from the most sustainable fibres we can source whilst staying true to the premium quality, buttery-soft fabrics our customers have come to expect and love.
All of our garments are handmade in small quantities of washed organic linen and raw organic cotton fabrics, specially woven for us by our local manufacturers. The process of making these items takes lots of time and effort, every garment is double washed once it is made. Only after such a process, we reach this pleasant extra softness of our dresses.

Kayame is a small family run organic clothing business. We are just in the beginning, trying to find our place in sustainable fashion industry. Our goal is to make people happy, while wearing our clothing. We do all the job by ourselves, trying to combine nomad zero waste life with work and art, doing all the designs, carefully choosing only organic natural fabrics at local markets, supporting local Indonesian handicrafts, all fabrics are double washed for extra softness and dyed by hands.

Being digital nomads, our life is a constant travel. All of our garments are travelled with us in unique places of Mother Earth to make photo shooting exclusive and tremendously beautiful, to fill every piece of our collection with sacred energy of holy places like Himalayan mountains or sacred Bali waterfalls and volcanos. Every time we go trekking or hiking, we put camera, shooting equipment and my beautiful dresses into our backpacks looking for spectacular places to present to you my clothing collection.

Please keep in mind that heat makes natural fabrics shrink a bit and that all fabrics get much softer after washing.
