Welcome to my shop! I am Steffie, 31 years old and run Van Schaaijk Studio next to my job. When I came into contact with goldsmiths a few years ago, I was sold. It brings me tremendous joy to work with my hands day in and day out and significantly reduce my screen time. In my studio I am completely in my element. Forging, soldering, filing, sanding and polishing; no two days are the same.
My goal is to create timeless jewelry inspired by vintage classics. Jewelry that will last a lifetime - and hopefully much longer. For this reason, I only use 925 sterling silver or 14 carat solid gold in my designs. Conscious production, traditional techniques and well-considered designs are at the basis of my studio.
All jewelry is made by hand with love and attention. This gives you the opportunity to wear a piece of jewelry that is specially made for you.
