If you would like to request a specific length of chain, please let us know at the time of ordering (otherwise we will use our usual 23/24 inch chain).

Everything is handmade to order therefore Please allow up to 7 business days for completion of your very own piece. If you need your order in a hurry for a special occasion, please send us a message - we can often complete sooner for you.

A Little Note about SHIPPING
We send our packages within the UK by Royal Mail 1st Class (or you can upgrade to Special Delivery Next Day - although remember, we do have to make it first (we can sometimes make quicker than quoted depending on workload - just ask).
We send packages to countries outside the UK by Royal Mail International Tracked.
If you would like us to send your item/s by UNTRACKED Airmail for outside UK, then please send us a message and we will reduce the shipping to £3.50

Please remember that deliveries outside the UK are in most cases received in about a week but occasionally they do take longer. Sometimes they get 'stuck' in your country's Customs but thankfully this does not happen often. If it does though, please be a little patient and be prepared to give it a few weeks.
