This lock of hair keepsake necklace is made from 925 sterling silver. The dainty pendant measures 14mm tall and 6mm across and hangs from a sterling box chain. Your preferred length of chain can be chosen from the drop-down menu. A handmade domed "stone" is carefully created around your lock of hair or animal fur. I layer and shape my handmade stones methodically for maximum magnification of the hair provided. We have a wide assortment of colors that can be chosen for the background, viewable at ashleylozano.com/pages/options.

We suggest shimmer, flat, or chrome colors. Once I receive your package, if your hair is too light or dark for the background color you have chosen, you will be contacted before I start on your order. Examples of color combinations can be seen in the supporting photographs. Cremation ashes can also be added to your pendant for an upcharge.

Ashley Lozano is a self-taught silversmith specializing in highly personalized jewelry made from your pet's actual prints, cremations ashes, fingerprints, handwriting, baby footprints, sound waves, and more. She began creating jewelry in 2011 after looking for a necklace with her first born's name on it and failing to find anything she felt spoke for the overwhelming amount of love she had for him. Her first memorial cremation piece was created shortly after with her own father's ashes, whom she lost at an early age. Her work and techniques are ever-evolving as she aims to help her customer's embrace and champion over their grief, something she has struggled with for much of her life.

Ashley grew up on the Mississippi hotsell Gulf Coast and relocated to North Carolina in her early twenties. She lives among the Blue Ridge Mountains- just outside of Asheville- with her two beautiful and wild sons and her woodworking Veteran husband. We look forward to working for you.
