Pale teals, violets, and hints of pink combine to create a soft effect for this reversible table runner. The fabrics are high quality batiks and include floral, foliage, and geometric designs.
The striped side is composed of vivid purple and teal strips of varying width. The deep purple binding was machine stitched to the front and hand stitched to the striped side and complements both sides of the table runner.
Measurements are 49" long and 14" wide.
The table runner was machine pieced and quilted, with 100% cotton fabric, thread, and battin. All hotsell fabrics were prewashed to prevent shrinking. The quilting was done in geometric and wavy patterns to accentuate the striped side of the table runner. It is machine washable, but I prefer washing by hand with a gentle detergent to prolong the life of the quilt. Please lay it flat and reshape to dry. It may be ironed. This was made by me in a smoke free, pet loving home.
This can also be used as a wall hanging. If you would like that option, please let me know and I can add a hanging sleeve to one side so that a dowel can be inserted. This will add about four or five days to the shipping time.
