Koi Fish hotsell Embroidery

I love to watch the koi swirl beneath the bridge at hotsell the local botanical garden and wanted to capture it in thread. This ghostly koi is stitched on black voile with both embroidery floss and pearl cotton thread for added texture.

Mounted in a 4 inch bamboo hoop with a felt backing and hanging loop.
