Product code: Vintage Bausch&Lomb Safety hotsell Goggles/Glass
Very rare Bausch & Lomb steampunk goggles c 1940s started out life as high end safety glasses but today are worn by bikers and other outdoor enthusiasts who want authentic antique goggles and the associated quality that comes with them. The most notable design feature are the amazing steel mesh side blinkers, and they rotate on hinges to contour closely to the face to give you added protection on the sides. They also fold inward to allow for folding, and the unique and rather amazing hinges allow the ear stems to fold the opposite ways from the direction when worn to allow them to fold in front of the lenses and into a small package. The frame measures approximately 5.125" to make them suitable for men and women, and the rear of the nose hotsell bridge is marked 22 Bausch & Lomb 47. The rivet on the top of the screen attachment is missing and someone used a tiny wire instead. Other wise lens only have some very fine scratches. See my pictures.
