It appears to be in very good original condition aside from adhesive residue in the upper margin from the original matting

Grace Harlow was an artist and illustrator of postcards & Christmas cards just after the turn of the century. Later an illustrator of books with a series of books on High School Girls, circa 1917-1919, and a series on World War I titled " Grace Harlow Overseas Series ", where she appeared to be traveling with the U.S. Army.
