Hotsell 1947 Vintage Bakelite Firestone Air Chief Tube Radio

This is a cute little brown bakelite radio manufactured by Firestone in 1947. Despite its small size, it contains 5 tubes. It was dubbed “The Mercury”.
It would be a cute addition to that vintage room decor. I do not know if it works because I do not want to plug it in but I can tell you,it as well as the other radios I will have in my hotsell shop, have been in my family for many years and have been cared for.
Please note this radio has not had restoration work that I'm aware of.
